All sensitive data, such as medical or financial information, if or when requested, will only be made available by arrangement with your assigned social worker directly. Such information is stored on a secured system. Access to these systems is restricted to authenticated people only, and is logged and monitored on a continuous basis. Physical access to these systems is also restricted.
